  2. User can add text or use voice notes, Taxibot will ask for journey details then ask the user to confirm.
  3. User can amend the details in the drop down prompt.
  4. User can amend or cancel bookings at anytime.

Yes. The M2M TaxiBot is GDPR compliant. Customers confirm the booking by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Taxi Operator with a URL link and acknowledge they have read the Privacy Notice. And agree to receive taxi dispatch notifications from M2M TaxiBot over WhatsApp or SMS.

On the welcome to taxi bot main menu, customers can select "Manage a Booking" to access Privacy Settings.

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) gives you more control over how your personal data is used. TaxiBot saves some data about you during our chats. You can choose to download data, change personal data, or delete personal data.
