With just a few clicks, you can turn the quote into a confirmed booking without any hassle. User-Guided Prompts:  By using user-guided prompts, the AI bot can collect relevant data and understand the user's needs and preferences more accurately. Yes. You can purchase an additional Live Agent license through your M2M Omnichannel dashboard.

Yes. We support Lynxpay and Judopay with Autocab 365. When you subscribe to the Autocab WhatsApp TaxiBot simply select the secure pay-by-card add-on feature.

Our secure pay by card subscription comes wth SMS failover. So if there is no data/wifi detected after 2 minutes an SMS message is sent with payment instructions.

When your account reaches £50.00. We will automatically top-up your WhatsApp conversation account with your pre-select amount (£100, £200, £500, £1000, £2000, £5,000). The top-up is taken from the same card as your monthly subscription.

 

When your account reaches £10.00. We will automatically top-up your SMS account with your pre-select amount (£10, £20, £30, £40, £50, £100). The top-up is taken from the same card as your monthly subscription.
