Who can enter

This giveaway is aimed at real transport operators who can use TaxiBot in practice, not general consumers. The goal is to find a strong fit for the product and give one operator the chance to launch with a full annual subscription.

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
This prize draw is promoted by M2M Data Connect, 112-114 Witton Street, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5NW, England.

2. The Promotion
One winning company will receive a 12-month TaxiBot subscription including:
- 250 users
- onboarding
- dispatch integration for a compatible dispatch system such as Cordic, Autocab or similar
- calendar integration

3. Opening and Closing Dates
The promotion is open now and closes at 1:00 PM on 14 May.
Entries received after 1:00 PM on 14 May will not be included in the draw.

4. Eligibility
This promotion is open to new customers only.
Entrants must be a genuine taxi operator, private hire operator, minibus operator, transport company, or similar transport business with a legitimate operational use for TaxiBot.
Only one entry is permitted per company.
Entrants must have access to Meta Suite, or be ready to set it up, for TaxiBot to function as intended.

5. Entry Method
Entries must be submitted through the official entry form.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, misleading, or ineligible entries may be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected on the afternoon of 21 May at the show using software to draw one eligible entry at random.

7. Winner Notification
The promoter will contact the winning entrant using the contact details supplied on the entry form.
The winner must respond within 14 days of first contact.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or is later found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another eligible entrant.

8. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The prize is limited to the TaxiBot package described above.
Any services, setup work, hardware, software, usage, configuration, or optional extras outside that stated package are excluded unless expressly confirmed by the promoter in writing.

9. Verification and Disqualification
The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is submitted in bad faith.

10. Winner Information
To comply with promotional rules, the promoter may publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place, ordinarily the winner’s surname and county.
By entering, you acknowledge this.
If you object to this, or wish to reduce the amount of information made available, you should contact the promoter.
The promoter may still need to provide winner information to the ASA if requested.

11. Data Protection
Personal data supplied for this promotion will be used to administer the prize draw, contact entrants about their entry, contact the winner, and otherwise handled in line with the Privacy Policy:

13. General
If the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a reasonable equivalent.
The promoter’s decision on eligibility, the draw, and the prize award is final.
