What is the cost of the Autocab WhatsApp TaxiBot?
Autocab WhatsApp TaxiBot Plan costs £295 Per Month (+VAT). This gives you 1000 conversations per month, and 50 SMS failover credits per month. Along with one WhatsApp Business phone number, one live agent login with live chat human takeover. Comes with a dashboard and analytics. WhatsApp TaxiBot Onboading Support.
What is a Processing Fee?
To put it simply, a processing fee is a pre-set amount that a business pays every time a customer uses the WhatsApp TaxiBot. Our processing fee is just £0.15p per conversation.
What is a Conversation?
All conversations are measured in 24-hour increments, or "sessions", that start whenever the first message is delivered.
What is a User Initiated and Business Initiated Conversation?
Conversations are 24-hour sessions for a user on a given channel. WhatsApp Business API further classifies conversations into two categories that are priced differently:
1. User-initiated, like customer care and general support inquiries.
2. Business-initiated, like post-purchase notifications.
What is the WhatsApp Business Platform Pricing?
WhatsApp Business Platform provides transparent and flexible Conversation-Based Pricing.
How long does the M2M TaxiBot subscription last?
The M2M TaxiBot subscription is for 12 months.
Can we purchase more Live Agent licenses?
Yes. You can purchase an additional Live Agent license through your M2M Omnichannel dashboard, for £20 per month.
Does WhatsApp TaxBot take secure card payments?
Yes. We support Lynxpay and Judopay with Autocab 365. When you subscribe to the Autocab WhatsApp TaxiBot simply select the secure pay by card add on feature for just £9.95 Per month.
Our secure pay by card subscription comes wth SMS failover. So if there is no data/wifi detected after 2 minutes an SMS message is sent with payment instructions.
How does my Auto Top-up work?
When your account reaches £50.00. We will automatically top-up your WhatsApp conversation account with your pre-select amount (£100, £200, £500, £1000, £2000, £5,000). The top-up is taken from the same card as your monthly subscription.
When your account reaches £10.00. We will automatically top-up your SMS account with your pre-select amount (£10, £20, £30, £40, £50, £100). The top-up is taken from the same card as your monthly subscription.
Does your pricing include support?
Yes! Support, software updates, backup, and maintenance are all included in your subscription.
