2. Click an official wa.me link supplied by your local taxi firm, to access the chat window.

3. Scan the QR code supplied by your local taxi firm.

Once the AI Chatbot responds, you simply tap the “Book a journey” button. You can then enter your destination, and TaxiBot will match you with the closest available taxi.

You can now use the M2M TaxiBot on WhatsApp to make taxi bookings.  WhatsApp TaxiBot works 24/7 and can have multiple conversations with different persons, at the same time.

You can now use the WhatsApp business directory to find a taxi within your area. To select a location manually or to use your phone number to see taxi firms within your region, tap NOT NOW. Then, pick a location from the map. Type in the query for the business you're looking for. On the welcome to taxi bot main menu, customers can select "Manage a Booking" to access Privacy Settings.

 

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) gives you more control over how your personal data is used. TaxiBot saves some data about you during our chats. You can choose to download data, change personal data, or delete personal data.
